All items are listed with descriptions and photographs that represent the item to the best of the seller's ability. Minor variations in color, size, or appearance may exist due to photography conditions or screen display differences. Items are sold in "as-is" condition unless otherwise specifically noted in the individual listing description. Condition labels (New, Like New, Used, Perfect, etc.) are provided as a general guide and are based on the seller's assessment.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are valid while the item is listed as available. Delivery orders may incur an additional delivery fee based on distance, which will be communicated and confirmed with the buyer before the order is finalized. Tax obligations, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Submitting an order via WhatsApp or SMS constitutes an inquiry and intent to purchase — it does not constitute a binding contract. The order is not final until the seller confirms: (a) item availability, (b) total price including any applicable delivery fees, and (c) both parties mutually agree to proceed with the transaction. Payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Buyers are welcome and strongly encouraged to inspect, test, and verify all items at the time of pickup or delivery. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to confirm the condition, functionality, completeness, and satisfaction with any item before completing the transaction and making payment.

Once the buyer has inspected, tested (if applicable), and accepted the item at the point of sale (whether pickup or delivery), no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. This policy applies equally to all items — both new and used.
Buyers who choose not to inspect or test items at the time of purchase do so at their own risk and accept the item in its current condition, thereby waiving any future claims regarding the item's quality, functionality, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Delivery is available to select areas surrounding Sealy, TX, including but not limited to Brookshire, Katy, Wallis, Bellville, and nearby communities. A delivery fee will be quoted based on distance and will be communicated to the buyer before the order is confirmed. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sealy Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Zelle, CashApp, Stripe, and Cash. The buyer must select their preferred payment method during checkout. Payment must be completed in full at the time of pickup or delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received as agreed.
All items are subject to availability and prior sale. We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, but we cannot guarantee that an item listed on the website is still available at the time of your order. In the event an item is no longer available, the seller will notify the buyer promptly and no charges will apply.
Sealy Marketplace is operated by an independent individual seller — it is not a corporation, LLC, or registered retail business. All items are sold "as-is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The seller shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: the purchase, use, or inability to use any item; any inaccuracy in item descriptions or photographs; or any interaction between buyer and seller. In all cases, the total maximum liability of the seller shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question.
Users agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. Any abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or harassing behavior directed toward the seller will result in the immediate cancellation of any pending orders and may result in being blocked from future transactions.
Any disputes arising from or related to a transaction shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct, good-faith communication between the buyer and seller. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, any legal disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Austin County, Texas.
