When you place an order through Sealy Marketplace, we collect the following information: your full name, email address (if provided), delivery address (if delivery is selected), preferred payment method, and any notes you include with your order. This information is transmitted directly to the seller via WhatsApp or SMS and is not stored on any server or database.
Your information is used solely to process and fulfill your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and arrange pickup or delivery of items. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you explicitly consent.
Sealy Marketplace is a static website. Your browsing preferences (watchlist, cart, recently viewed items) are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server or collected by us in any way. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser data or using the in-app clear functions.
When you submit an order, your information is sent via WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) or your device's native SMS application. These services have their own privacy policies that govern the handling of your data during transmission. We use Google Sheets via Google Apps Script to manage our product inventory only. No customer personal data is stored in Google Sheets.
Sealy Marketplace does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, or any form of user tracking. We use browser localStorage exclusively to save your on-site preferences (cart, watchlist), which is not shared across websites or accessible to any third party.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through an order, please contact us immediately so we can delete such information.
Since we do not store customer data on any server, the risk of data breach from our end is minimal. However, we recommend that users exercise standard security practices when sharing personal information via WhatsApp or SMS.
